  I was recommended here by my step mum . I have had 5 years of issues with my shoulder and currently waiting for shoulder surgery. Since the start of lockdown the pain has been extremely severe and has impacted not just my physical but mental well-being. I am on my 4th week and i can finally sleep at night pain free. I never thought this could happen. I’m currently attending the practice twice a week and Chris is just absolutely outstanding. He’s extremely caring and puts your mind at ease and didn’t promise me any miracles but it sure is working for me. As soon as you walk into the practice you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice. Chris is honest, he will tell you if he can help or not. I am finally starting to feel human again without the constant pain in my shoulder. Carmen

  Having a desk job and mainly sedentary hobbies gives me various neck and back issues. A friend recommended this Cardiff clinic and it's done wonders. Not only do they release those muscles back to how they should be but give good advice on how to manage your condition and recognize those warning signs before it gets too bad again. Sorry Chris for elbowing you on the chin, will try not to do it at the next appointment!

  I’ve been going to the Back and Neck clinic since I was 13 years old being treated by Chris Rudge and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Amazing lower back treatment which has allowed me to continue in my dancing career.
